October 19, 2017 – Virsae Service Management (VSM), the leading cloud based service management platform for unified communications (UC) and infrastructure, has added the Allied Telesis portfolio to its line-up of supported products. The addition sees the multi-vendor service management platform with capabilities to manage more than 50 UC, customer experience and network infrastructure vendors, including Cisco, Microsoft, Avaya, Mitel, AudioCodes, Sonus, NICE, Verint and Juniper.
The inclusion of Allied Telesis came from a request from a managed services partner looking to manage the whole UC and network stack for clients.
