Carl Pamplin
Director, CloudOps
Carl has overall operational responsibility for Cloud Operations and services, ensuring internal alignment and execution of contracted support levels. His responsibilities include customer onboarding, Day 2 operational support, delivery of Professional Services, and management of all systems necessary to meet these objectives. Carl has 20+ years’ experience in the IT and Contact Center industries.
Connor Fields
Director, DevOps
Connor leads our Development Team, managing team performance and process optimization to ensure Virsae’s SaaS products evolve fast and efficiently, and to the highest quality for our partners and customers. He oversees the product development process and CI/CD pipeline, aligning technology initiatives with organizational goals to drive innovation and value. Connor has 10+ years’ experience in software development, with particular expertise in User Experience and Cloud Services.
Gareth Beaumont
Director, SecOps
Gareth is responsible for ensuring Virsae's security matures day by day to meet stakeholder expectations. Gareth (CISSP, TOGAF, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) brings 20+ years of experience and exposure to a wide range of IT systems, frameworks and best practices.

Full Stack Architect
A talented Solutions Architect, Josh has deep technical insight and a comprehensive understanding of Virsae’s Service Management platform architecture. Early in his career, he has quickly become a valued contributor to system design, scalability and innovation across the platform. With a proven track record and a passion for elegant, high-impact solutions, Josh plays a key role in Virsae’s technology development.
