Chief Technology Officer
Matthew is responsible for Virsae’s software development and strategy. He has spent more than 20 years developing hardware and software solutions for the ICT and telecommunications industry. Matthew coordinates the business requirements and technical inputs from all members of the team to produce the technical direction for Virsae’s development team.
Chief Success Officer
Ross manages the Customer Success and Professional Services teams in support of Virsae’s international customer base. His responsibilities include customer experience, analytics, insights, and strategic product market fit. Ross has more than 20 years experience in the IT and telecommunications industries.
VP Strategic Alliances
Mark is responsible for the development of Virsae’s strategic alliances in key markets, with specific focus on the benefits Virsae can drive for its alliance partners. Mark has more than 30 years’ experience in senior management and market development roles across the IT and telecommunications sector. He holds a Graduate Diploma in Business (Info Services) from Auckland University and NZCE (Telecoms).
VP Sales, North America
Charles is responsible for spearheading sales of Virsae Service Management (VSM) to our growing portfolio of business partners and enterprise clients, and accelerating growth to achieve sustainable industry leadership in North America. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in technical sales and leadership to support the US team.
Director, UK & EMEA
Ian engages with our partners to help them build further value into their services propositions with Virsae’s portfolio and expertise. He has over 20 years’ experience providing impactful customer support service solutions across a range of verticals, through his high profile service delivery, account management and director level roles within the BPO and IT sectors.
Carl has overall operational responsibility for Virsae products and services, ensuring internal alignment and execution of contracted support levels. His responsibilities include customer onboarding, Day 2 operational support, delivery of Professional Services, and management of internal systems necessary to meet these objectives. Carl has more than 20 years’ experience in the IT and Contact Centre industries.

Geoff is responsible for customer success globally via the customer success team. Driving improvement across all aspects of Virsae services including, delivery, training, support, functionality and service adoption, Geoff and his team enhance customer experience and deliver tangible business benefits to our customers. He has 20 years’ experience in a range of service led roles within the telecommunications industry.

Matthew is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and providing commercial and financial support across the company. He brings a wealth of experience in the SaaS industry and a focus on the financial metrics that matter.
